Nick Podell, Founder & President
Nick is the founder and president of the Company. For the past 32 years Nick has built nearly 2,600 apartment units in developments in San Francisco, Santa Clara and Alameda Counties of the San Francisco Bay Area. Nick has been the Managing Partner responsible for all areas of the business with Development, Construction, Finance, Accounting, and Property Management reporting to him. Nick is past Chairman of the San Francisco Zoological Society. Nick is licensed as a California General Contractor and holds a B.A. from Middleburry College.

Linsey Perlov, Director of Development
Linsey is a licensed attorney and has worked for Nick Podell Company since 2005. At Nick Podell Company, Linsey focuses on entitlement, permitting, design development, and project management for residential in-fill development in the Bay Area. Ms. Perlov holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. She is also a member of the Young Leaders Group Steering Committee for the Urban Land Institute.

Ariel Pasch, Vice President of Construction
Ariel brings 10 years of construction experience to Nick Podell Company. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College. At Nick Podell Company, Ariel oversees the day-to-day operations and the management of all construction efforts. She is responsible for managing the consulting, engineering, construction and project management resources. Ariel has a wealth of construction managment knowledge and experience in coordinating complex projects. She spent the first 7 years of her career working for Suffolk Construction, as a Project Manager. She has experience working on a variety of projects, including wood frame senior housing, high-rise concrete residential, and mixed use projects.
