Nick Podell Company is a real estate development and construction company focused exclusively on in-fill, high density, multifamily housing in San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. Nick Podell has spent his entire career building multifamily housing in the Bay Area focusing on high quality projects in high quality locations. Prior to forming the company in 2004, Nick spent the previous 20 years with the family development and contruction firm, M.H. Podell Company.
M.H. Podell Company built and still holds large, institutional quality rental apartment complexes in the greater Silicon Valley region, for its own long-term investment. M.H. Podell Company was one of the largest apartment builders in the Bay Area from 1970 to 2000. While Nick was with M.H. Podell Company, the company built 2,461 apartments in developments in San Mateo, Santa Clara, and southern Alameda Counties.
